You will receive an email from email@example.com make sure to check your spam so you do not miss the email. Open the email and click on the Redemption URL and follow the instructions provided to begin using your egift.
When you activated your gift card, you where sent an activation email from firstname.lastname@example.org. Instructions to check the balance of your card are included in the original email.
You can use your egift card online or in the store.
Yes, if for some reason you can not find the original activation email, we will resend a new Redemption Code so you can activate and use your egift. You can send a message using the form on our contact page.
Yes! All you have to do is go to Buy Gift Cards located at the top of the page. You can order as many cards as you like and choose the desired amounts.
Gift Card Purchaser FAQ's
Once a gift card is handed out, the recipient will go to https://encountersofhope.com/activate.html. They will watch a short, interactive video that shares the Gospel. Once they have made their choices in the video, they will be able to activate the card. Activation requires the card number and an active email address. Cards become active within 24 hours.
Absolutely! As soon as the gift card has been activated, you will receive an email notification.

This will depend on the shipping option you choose at check out. We usually ship within 24 hours and you will be notified when your package ships.

Yes. You will receive a receipt and an end of year statement for tax purposes for all donations.
